Computer Dog Games: Add Some Adventure
There are many people who love dogs, but might not be able to own one, possibly because of living in an apartment. There are also many more who would like to have some adventure with their dogs, but adventure does not come along every day. Computer dog games offer a solution to both, and can result in many happy hours.
Computer dog games have been created from different angles, for people in different age groups, with different expectations. Whatever you would like to do, there will more than likely be a game available that will keep you occupied for countless hours. Here are a few examples of available games:
Dog Police - the dog catcher has taken a number of your friends. It becomes your mission to thwart his plans, and help as many dogs as possible to escape.
I Lost My Puppy - the neighbor’s puppy was lost, and you get involved in the search. Just as in real life, you hand out flyers, and put up posters, BUT in the game you can also talk to other dogs, asking for help and directions.
The Puppy Academy - a great way to teach your kid to be responsible and prepare him or her for an actual puppy. In this game, the player has to teach a puppy, but also take care of it, walk it, etc. From a parent’s point of view, a very useful educational tool. From a kid’s view, great fun.
Dog Rescue - a bunch of female poodles was abducted by dog-haters, and are now held captive. You have to rescue them, and avoid the bad guys on the way out, in a limited amount of time. This takes you to the next level, where it becomes a little more tough, of course…..
Top Dog - this game (from a different class of computer dog games) involving hunting and retrieval, is based on actual facts. You have to train your dog to follow your guidance, and retrieve a fallen bird, even if it cannot see it. The training and techniques applied are real life techniques, based on what has been physically achieved.
There are many more computer dog games, with many more different ideas behind each of them. Some are shareware, some have to be bought, and some are played online. Whatever your expectations, you should be able to find something you will thoroughly enjoy.
